Territory Stingers to Headline New Broadcast Partnership Showcasing NT’s Biggest Matches

Hockey NT is proud to announce a new broadcast partnership with Local Media Services Company (LMSC), delivering high-quality livestream coverage of the Territory’s biggest hockey clashes direct to fans across Australia and beyond.

The partnership will see seven feature matches livestreamed in 2025 as part of Hockey NT’s premier events calendar, beginning with DHL Grand Final Day on Saturday, 30 August at the MWT Hockey Centre. The schedule includes both the Men’s and Women’s TPL Grand Finals, followed by an international clash under lights between the Territory Stingers (with Malaysia) and the New Zealand Black Sticks Men to close out the Territory season.

The livestream series continues in September with four matches across the Indonesia Series, featuring the Territory Stingers women’s and men’s teams across two days of international action.

Hockey NT CEO Jason Butcher said the partnership was a significant step in expanding the visibility and reach of Territory hockey.

"This partnership gives us the visibility we need to connect with our partners across the Northern Gateway Initiative and showcase Territory hockey on a broader stage. It strengthens our position in the region and supports long-term growth."

Looking ahead, Hockey NT and LMSC are also working toward livestreaming Malaysian Hockey League (MHL) games from both Darwin and Kuala Lumpur in 2026, laying the foundation for a long-term platform to showcase international hockey content hosted in the Territory.
